Introducing the New Animated History Website
I am excited to announce the launch of the new Animated History website, a central home for interactive history and government tools designed for teachers, students, and anyone interested in exploring the past.
Animated History is built around a simple belief: history and government should be experienced, not simply memorized. Students often learn best when they can compare people, examine patterns, explore timelines, investigate connections, and see how institutions work together. The goal of Animated History is to transform large amounts of historical information into visual and interactive experiences that encourage curiosity and deeper learning.

The Periodic Table of the Presidents
This interactive tool organizes the presidents of the United States into a visual system that makes it easier to compare political parties, eras, elections, major events, and presidential characteristics.

The Constitution project helps students examine the people, documents, ideas, court cases, compromises, and historical influences connected to the United States Constitution.

Civilization Explorer
Civilization Explorer allows users to investigate civilizations and cultural traditions from around the world. Students can compare government, religion, geography, technology, economics, achievements, daily life, and other features of civilizations across time.

This project organizes New Deal programs and agencies into an interactive table. Users can explore how the federal government responded to the Great Depression and compare the purposes, accomplishments, and long-term effects of major programs.

Campaign Connection
Campaign Connection is an interactive resource for exploring American presidential elections. It brings together candidates, election results, campaign issues, advertisements, slogans, debates, timelines, and other information connected to presidential campaigns.
Built for Teachers and Students
Animated History combines my experience as a social studies teacher, historical researcher, and technology professional. Before entering education, I spent approximately two decades working in technology, data analytics, and software-related roles. Today, I teach history and government while continuing to develop digital tools that help students engage with historical content in new ways.
Each Animated History project is designed with the classroom in mind. The tools can support direct instruction, independent exploration, research assignments, class discussions, comparison activities, and project-based learning.
The technology is not intended to replace reading, discussion, or primary-source analysis. Instead, it provides students with another way to organize information, recognize relationships, and ask better questions.
